Finding the right therapist is essential, and not every counselor will be the perfect fit for everyone. This free 15-minute phone or video consultation is to ensure a good match. This is an opportunity for you to see if you feel comfortable working with the provider and for them to confirm that your needs align with their scope of practice. Think of it as a mutual interview—come prepared with any questions you have!
You deserve to choose your therapist, just like you would choose a doctor or service provider. Please note that while this consultation does not establish a therapeutic relationship, we are still a mandated reporters.

Perinatal Mental Health Therapy

When working with an associate-level clinician, you’ll receive high-quality care from a provider who holds a master’s degree and is licensed at the associate level. While they are not yet fully licensed, they are actively gaining advanced clinical experience under the supervision of a fully licensed therapist. This means you benefit from a dedicated therapist who is continuously developing their expertise with the guidance and oversight of an experienced professional.
The goal remains the same: to support your personal growth, foster emotional healing, and help you achieve greater mental and emotional well-being in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment.
Individual Therapy- Clinical Intern
Individual therapy is a personalized, one-on-one process where you can explore and work through personal challenges, emotions, and mental health concerns. In a safe and confidential space, you’ll have the opportunity to share your struggles, gain deeper self-awareness, and develop practical coping strategies. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or self-esteem challenges, therapy is tailored to your unique needs.
When working with a clinical intern, you’ll receive care from a graduate student currently completing their master’s degree in counseling or social work. Interns provide therapy under the close supervision of a fully licensed clinician as part of their required clinical training. While they are still in the process of developing their skills and gaining hands-on experience, they bring fresh perspectives, dedication, and evidence-based approaches to their work.
Because they are still in training, therapy with a clinical intern is offered at a discounted rate, making quality mental health care more accessible. The goal remains the same: to support your personal growth, foster emotional healing, and help you achieve greater mental and emotional well-being in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment.
Walk-and-Talk Therapy
Walk-and-talk sessions offer the benefits of traditional office therapy with the added advantage of physical movement. Walking together can create a more relaxed atmosphere and enhance focus during the session. However, it’s important to note that these sessions are not intended for exercise, and confidentiality cannot be fully guaranteed in a public setting. Availability depends on weather conditions, and you and your therapist will decide whether the backup option will be telehealth or an in-office visit.
Coaching
Have you ever wanted someone to talk to and work with, but therapy wasn't a medical necessity? If therapy isn't right for you, then coaching may be an option. Coaching is not therapy, and if you have been a therapy client with us you cannot switch to coaching and vise versa. Coaching can be a combination of online course work, group coaching calls, or individual coaching calls.
Couples Counselling
Couples therapy provides a supportive space for partners to strengthen their relationship by addressing challenges like communication struggles, conflicts, intimacy concerns, or emotional distance.
