She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Master’s of Education in Professional Counseling. She has worked with the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline and continues to volunteer with Postpartum Support International in various roles. She supports individuals who are trying to conceive, facing fertility challenges, currently pregnant, or navigating the postpartum period. She also works with those who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss, challenging birth or postpartum adjustments, and those involved in surrogacy and/or IVF. With specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health, Tanya works with individuals and couples navigating infertility, grief and loss, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. As a mother of four, she also brings meaningful lived experience to her work, offering a grounded, compassionate presence and a deep sense of empathy for the challenges families face.
